Allow me to share with you, the new path I have begun as a co-active coach.

What most appealed to me about this coaching model, is that it is based on the fact that we, human beings are complete, creative and full of resources. In other words, I firmly believe that YOU are the expert on YOURSELF. I think this has not really been made known to us too often, don't you agree?

Co-Active coaching provides you with the tools, the support and the skills you need in your transformation to be the best version of yourself. You set the goals.

I have been blessed with having undergone the process myself, and I would be honoured to offer you my full dedication so that, like me, you can also make the most of the opportunities that arise at your own will. Co-Active coaching has been an experiential transformative process for me. We are totality and CoActive coaching builds from the recognition of this totality.

Why choose me, Karen? Let me tell you a bit about me:

I have spent the last decade living and working in hotels ON tiny islands in the middle of the Indian Ocean. My love for being of service to others united with my passion for scuba diving, found the perfect blossoming field: working in hospitality, providing unforgettable experiences for our clients and sharing the incredible underwater life of the Maldives with them. During this time, as I was eventually promoted to leadership positions, I realized that managing and accompanying my team, living and working in a remote and secluded environment, is what I truly love. When your colleagues, employees and bosses also become your family, working on the balance between personal and professional life and boundaries, become my inspiration and my biggest satisfaction. Directing an extremely multicultural and eclectic team of over 20 people, I had the privilege of coordinating captains, crew, AND instructors of a wide variety of backgrounds, religions and cultures. It is from this formidable team that I learned infinite lessons and it is thanks to them that I became the person I am today.

This manner of being in the world is what I am dedicating all my energy to. I want it to become the focus of my professional life. My proposition and greatest wish for you is that you join me on this experiential voyage
